So then, this is how you should pray: ‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

This is neither comfort nor blessing when looked through the intent of the scripture; it is a declaration of invasion.
Jesus is teaching the disciples to pray for a transfer of rule, and proceeds to declare genēthētō!. In Greek, this means to "come into being", to "be enacted" or to "be brought to completion". It isn't merely known, admired, but executed.
Where? "On earth as it is in Heaven".
This reveals that Heaven functions with perfection and the earth does not, and prayer is the mechanism that this is imported onto the earth, which causes an inward transformation and an outward change.
Jesus is teaching us to pray like ambassadors, not refugees.
The LORD didn't pray as a spectator; he braided a whip and overturned tables, confronting hypocrisy.
It's time we all focus on the Father and seek first the Kingdom of Heaven.
