There are times when we must stop waiting for someone else to remind us and take a stand to remember what He has done for us. There are moments in life when, instead of relying on others, we must shepherd ourselves into His loving embrace and remember His tender mercies and lovingkindness through all we face. No matter what you may be facing, David offers an encouragement that the LORD understands us and is not just looking for the polished parts of ourselves. He calls all that is within us to surrender and yield before the cross. Worship does not always sound glamorous. At times, it sounds like He is gathering all the pieces so that we may be restored and made new. No matter the circumstance, His promises remain through every trial.
