How is your prayer life?
“I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. - John 15:5 NKJV
We are not a burden to the LORD; we are called in every circumstance to run into the arms of our loving Father through prayer.
When we present ourselves boldly before the throne of grace, we are given the gift of mercy and will find our help in a time we need Him most.
Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. - Hebrews 4:16 NKJV
The world uses distraction, panic, and strategy as a distraction and replacement for a moment with the Lord, where He will give us a peace that transcends all understanding.
Scripture makes clear that we should pray without ceasing; the enemy does not come against a people who are stagnant, but against a people unified and coming together in times of crisis and adversity.
We box ourselves in when we let anxiety and fear carry us instead of the LORD lifting us up into the palm of His hand. Prayer is not noise or religious theatre as some make it out to be; it is a soul turning toward the King of Kings and LORD of Hosts in truth and earnestly.
No matter how big the situation may seem, when we surrender and open ourselves to the LORD, He is already working in our midst and to your benefit.
But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. - Matthew 6:6 NKJV
The LORD sees everything, even in secret, and when we turn to him with openness and a willingness to share as though he were a friend sitting next to us, we are rewarded for trusting in Him.
Be encouraged, you can come before the throne of the King without a script or an offering. Jesus paid the price for you to have a personal relationship with our Father in Heaven, and He is waiting for you. There is nothing in all creation that can separate you from His love.
